Additional Fees
Express Fee $10-20
Express grooms are for pets that would benefit from being worked on straight though, from start to finish, with minimal to no kennel time. Must be scheduled when making your appointment. We may require pets to be express grooms if they are kennel aggressive, repeatedly urinate or defecate in the kennel or have kennel anxiety.
Late Drop-off Fee $15
Arriving 15-35 minutes late for your appointment will result in being charged a late fee. After 35 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay the $30 cancellation/no-show fee.
Cancellation/No-show Fee $30
You will be charged this fee if you cancel the day of your appointment. No-shows will also be charged. You may be required to pay a deposit to make future appointments.
Matting Fee $12 per 10 minutes
Matting fee will be charged for brushing or shaving matted coat.
Handling Fee Starting at $12
Handling fee will be charged for biting, scratching, constant struggling, repeated defecation/urination, inability to stand or needs two people to be completed safely.
Puppies are an exception to the rule of not being accustom to grooming.
Late Pick Up Fee $15
Late pick up fee will be charged for pets left with us for an hour or more after contacting you for pick up.
Left After Closing Fee Starting at $15
Picking up 15-30 minutes after closing will be charged an after closing fee. After 30 minutes we will leave the pet on the premises and you will be charged the overnight fee of $60.
Overnight Fee $60
Any pets left 30 minutes after closing will be charged the overnight fee. These pets will not be monitored overnight and will only have access to water, no food. You will be able to retrieve your pet the following morning.
No food is allowed due to unknown food allergies and possible digestive upset.
Express Fee $10-20
